Named GP

As of 1st April 2015 it is a contractual requirement that all patients are to be allocated a named GP. We have divided our practice list between our GPs as follows:

All patients over 75 years of age – Dr P Singh

Surnames A – M under 75 years of age – Dr P Singh

Surnames N – Z under 75 years of age – Dr S Usman

Although you have been allocated a named GP you can of course see any GP of your choice.
