Register with our practice
If you would like to register with the practice, you can now do this online.
To register a new patient you will need to live within our practice boundary.
Patients have the right to register without showing proof of identification and/or address.

Named GP
As of 1st April 2015 it is a contractual requirement that all patients are to be allocated a named GP, in our case this is Dr Parminder Singh.
Although you have been allocated a named GP you can of course see any GP of your choice.
If you are leaving the country for more than 3 months, please let us know. As per our NHS contract, we will deduct you from our list but when you are back in the catchment area, you can re-register.
