Zero Tolerance

The NHS is under great pressure to provide clinical acre to patients, and this has resulted in patient frustration and, in turn, can lead to abuse of our staff. This will not be tolerated.

Grovehill Medical Centre has a Zero Tolerance Policy. All GP’s and their staff have the right to care for others without any verbal or physical behaviour which causes GP’s or staff to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or threatened. This includes the use of aggressive or abusive language (including shouting or swearing) whether in person, in writing or online which threatens or intimidates GP’s or staff. This type of behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the surgery list.
